Cloud 9 Chair – ELISAVA Furniture & Product Design

For this project, a friend and I repurposed an old IKEA chair, giving it a fresh look using papier-mâché. Our goal was to create a design that felt as comfortable as sitting on "Cloud 9." We drew inspiration from the Roly Poly armchair by Faye Toogood, incorporating chunky, playful feet into a minimalist style. The result is a unique, sculptural piece that reimagines the original chair while adding a whimsical, dreamy feel.
