Food Waste Awareness Poster – Typography & Graphic Design Course

For my Typography & Graphic Design course at ELISAVA, I created a poster to highlight the problem of food waste and raise awareness about how much we throw away. I purchased a package of nearly expired fruit for just €1—produce that would have been discarded despite still being perfectly good inside. I made a stencil, cut the fruit, and arranged it for a photoshoot, later editing the image in Adobe Photoshop. I also created a motion poster using Adobe AfterEffects, where the word ‘Trash’ falls into a bin, reinforcing the message. This project was my first experience using AfterEffects, and it was a great opportunity to expand my skills in motion design.
