Together with my group, I developed a new strategy for Breeze, focusing on extending the dating experience beyond the first date. Our vision was to position Breeze as a continuous partner by facilitating follow-up activities, suggesting personalized outings like trips to cinemas, cafes, or cultural spots. This approach enhances user engagement and opens up new revenue streams, setting Breeze apart from competitors. I’ve included our final presentation, where we outlined this strategy based on in-depth market and user research.
