BlackCork Sustainable Side Table – Product & Furniture Design Course

For the Product & Furniture Design course, I chose to design a product for BlackCork, a company known for creating stunning interior pieces using organic materials. I developed a sustainable side table made from a blend of black cork and ceramics. The main challenge was to design the table so that the materials could support each other structurally, as using screws or glue was not an option. The result is a sleek, minimalist piece that embodies the natural beauty and innovative spirit of BlackCork’s design philosophy.
